Estate Planning is the process of arranging and managing your assets to ensure they are distributed according to your wishes after your death. We can help you to minimise inheritance tax, avoid disputes, and provide for loved ones.
Lasting Powers of Attorney. Ensure your well-being, personal wishes, and financial affairs have all been secured in accordance with your vision for yourself and your loved ones. A Lasting Power of Attorney (LPA) is a legal document that empowers individuals to make important decisions about their future, ensuring their interests are protected even if they become unable to make decisions for themselves.
Estate Planning
Avg. Range of Costs*- Disbursements – These will depend on the specific circumstances.
- *VAT (currently at 20%) is to be charged on all costs, including disbursements. A full, detailed and written quotation will be provided before instructions are accepted. This will include full details of the services included, who will carry out the work and their experience in the field, together with an indication of the typical timescales involved.

Initial Scoping Call
Before engaging with us for Estate Planning Services, we offer an Initial Scoping Call to best understand your needs and requirements. You can use this call to ask any questions you might have of your STEP-qualified Estate Planner, including any questions that our guidance team were not qualified to go into detail on when you booked the call.
Prior to the call, we will send you a fact-find document to complete.
We offer the initial 10-minute call free of charge, following which we will be able to best advise on the next steps and go through fees.
To book the call, you can contact our Administration Team at OCG Legal on 01724 840400 to get started.
Following the Initial Scoping Call, if we are able to assist you we offer a further 1-hour meeting to discuss in more detail. The fee to book in the meeting is £360 (£300 plus VAT). This fee is processed by our Administration Team.
After receiving payment we will then arrange directly with you a time for the meeting to take place.
