£501,000 - £999,999
- Disbursements – These will depend on the specific circumstances.

This will include full details of the services included, who will carry out the work and their experience in the field, together with an indication of the typical timescales involved.
£1,000,000 - £3,000,000

Additional Fees:
If the matter is leasehold – £250 plus VAT
If buying as a company – £150 plus VAT
If taking a mortgage – £150 plus VAT
