Head of Private Client
Tim is a Private Client Solicitor with over 20 years’ experience working with high-net-worth individuals, family offices, trustees and private banks. He has extensive UK and offshore experience across tax, wealth structuring and estate planning. He is a Full Member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP) and has been recommended in the Legal 500. He also holds the STEP Advanced Certificate in UK Tax for International Clients
Head of Residential Conveyancing
Hayley leads our Residential Property Department, overseeing a team of conveyancing paralegals. She has a wealth of experience in all facets of property law, she ensures our clients receive exceptional guidance throughout the conveyancing process.
Hayley’s in-depth knowledge covers a wide range of residential property matters. Additionally, she plays a vital role within the firm as the practice’s compliance lead.
Hayley has completed her Level 4 Diploma in Conveyancing Law and Practice and is currently sitting her Level 6 exams. Once completed, Hayley will be a Licensed Conveyancer and a member of the Council of Licensed Conveyancers.

Samantha Walker
Practice Manager
Sam has 37 years of administration experience, starting her career as an Office Junior for a small solicitor in London. Sam has gained a huge, varied level of experience from other professional roles within different business sectors. Prior to joining OCG Legal, Sam spent eight years working for a local High Street Bank, gaining her banking qualifications. Sam joined OCG Legal in January 2021 as a Legal Secretary. Within a short period of time, she was promoted to Practice Manager. Sam’s main responsibility is running the financial side of the business. As the COFA it is her responsibility to ensure the practice is compliant with SRA guidelines.

Hayley Blackett
Head of Residential Conveyancing
Hayley’s in-depth knowledge covers a wide range of residential property matters. Additionally, she plays a vital role within the firm as the practice’s compliance lead.

Rebecca Salt
Paralegal
Rebecca began working at a furniture store in retail in 2007 where she worked as an Administrator, then became a Senior Administrator, managing her admin team and assisting the Regional Manager by becoming his Regional Assistant.
Rebecca received an invitation to an interview for a position that had become available at OCG Legal in November 2019 and was offered the position. She then joined the company shortly after dealing with Estate Planning. Rebecca returned to work in July 2021 after her Maternity leave and has since been assisting with Conveyancing. Rebecca runs her own caseload under the supervision of Hayley Blackett. Rebecca really enjoys the Conveyancing department and the challenges that she sometimes faces in this role.
Emily Coates
Conveyancing Paralegal
Emily began her career with OCG Legal Ltd in May 2022. Emily works in a team drafting Deeds of Trust and altering the beneficial interests in properties for our clients with large property portfolios.
Emily also assists the Residential Conveyancing team as and when required. OCG is allowing Emily to gain valuable experience whilst she studies Law at college alongside her role. Emily is very proud to have recently secured a place at Cambridge University for Law, starting October 2023. Emily’s aspiration in life is to become a successful Commercial or Finance Lawyer.

Chloe is an enthusiastic Conveyancing Assistant, newly graduated with a law degree from Newcastle University. She has a commitment to providing exceptional client service which drives her work.
During her academic journey, she honed her skills in legal research, client communication, and documentation. As a recent graduate, she brings a fresh perspective and a proactive approach to the conveyancing process. She is eager to apply her knowledge and skills to assist clients in navigating the complexities of property transactions with confidence and ease.
When she’s not immersed in the world of law, you can find her reading a book or taking a walk with her dog. She looks forward to contributing to the success of the team and providing outstanding support to our clients.
Kim Burton
Conveyancing Assistant
Kim has recently embarked on a new journey with OCG Legal Ltd as a Conveyancing Assistant from a background of working within the Substance Misue field. Her career path has been diverse and enriching, reflecting commitments around helping others and keen interest for the legal field.
This experience, coupled with a Level Four qualification in Counselling, has equipped her with exceptional empathy, communication skills, and a deep understanding of client needs.
Outside of work, she enjoy spending time with my family, friends and her adored dogs, which adds a well-rounded dimension to her professional life.
Alice Ellwood
Conveyancing Assistant
After completing her secondary education, Alice began her legal career through an apprenticeship at a reputable law firm, where she earned her Level 2 Customer Service qualification and gained early exposure to legal practice. This led to her first role as a Legal Secretary in the Personal Injury department, where she developed strong skills in case management, client liaison, and legal administration. She went on to broaden her experience in Family Law and Conveyancing, deepening her understanding of legal processes and building confidence in managing complex transactions.
In 2021, Alice pursued her academic interests by studying Criminology at university, later completing a second degree in Criminology with Psychology. She graduated in May 2025 with a strong grasp of the social and psychological dimensions of law. Alice joined OCG Legal in June 2025, bringing with her a solid foundation of practical experience and academic achievement. She now works alongside Hayley Blackett and Emily Coates, contributing to the team with her growing legal expertise and proactive approach to client care. Alice is working towards her long-term goal of qualifying as a solicitor, driven by a commitment to client advocacy and making a meaningful impact within the legal profession.
Holly Sanger
Onboarding Assistant
Holly joined OCG in 2023 and works as an Onboarding Assistant within the Conveyancing team. Her role focuses on welcoming new clients, guiding them through the initial stages of their property transaction, and ensuring a smooth onboarding process before passing them over to their dedicated Case Handler. She supports clients from the very first point of contact, helping to make the experience clear, efficient, and stress-free.
Before joining OCG Legal, Holly worked as Cabin Crew, where she developed communication skills, attention to detail and a commitment to delivering great customer service skills Holly now bring to supporting our clients throughout the start of their conveyancing journey.

Iram Raza
Paralegal & Trainee Solicitor
With over three years of experience in private client law, Iram has built a strong foundation in estate planning and trust administration, ensuring full compliance with statutory requirements. She holds a First-Class Law Degree (LLB) and has completed the Legal Practice Course (LPC) at The University of Law. Committed to delivering tailored legal services, Iram is currently completing her training to qualify as a solicitor, continuing to build on her experience and expertise in the private client field.
