At a time when there is a lot of noise affecting one of our businesses and possible knock-on effects on others, it is a good time to look at some of the other successes within the group.

Just before spotlight 63 and associated negative articles, we had the client BBQ and what a great event that was! It was enjoyed by all, appreciated greatly by clients and showed what a fantastic service we provide to clients.

We all look forward to a time when we can fully focus on delivering this again, and when the senior team are not having to take so much time away for from the business.

I hope you enjoy the contents of the newsletter, including an introduction to ChatGPT – something we should all be aware of now!

The section on the other areas of the businesses will help with understanding our colleagues and how we can better work together.
